Solar Type-B Light is a true solar powered, self-contained warning light made in the United States. Tough and durable, all U.S. Barricades Solar warning lights are made with UV stabilized LEXAN® Polycarbonate, for long life in the harshest environment. The upper case design eliminates the need for a rubber neck ring, this design will keep water and dust out and guarantees the SBL100 will work under the most demanding conditions for years.
All Solar B-Lights (SBL100) come with high capacity NiMH rechargeable battery's and mounting hardware. Made in the United States, all warning lights are MUTCD approved and come with a one year warranty, this is the most reliable, durable, solar powered Type B warning light in the industry.
Power System:
Solar panels charge three internal, High Capacity NiMH rechargeable battery's, the SBL100 warning light will operate for years three to five years in the field depending on location.
Solid State Circuitry:
Moisture proof circuit using the latest state of the art electronic components. Reverse polarity protected available in flashing or steady burn with or without photo electric switch. Standard flash rate in 65+/- 10 FPM and on time is a minimum of 10% of the flash cycle. Special purpose circuits with various flash rates and on times are available upon request.
L.E.D. Lights
LED lights shine brighter and the flashing models use 50% less battery life than incandescent light, LED's equal longer battery life.
Lenses:
Fresnel design made with UV stabilized LEXAN® Polycarbonate.
Housing:
Custom molded case identification and /or hot stamp imprinting available upon request. Available in Yellow, Orange, Green, Red, Black and White.
Packaging:
Lights are packaged one switch pin and theft proof locking bolt.
Hardware:
The standard tamper proof mounting bolt is 1/2"x3-3-/4" with a pyramid shaped head. Half moon and 5 sided button hex head bolts in various lengths and bolt protectors are available upon request.
Warranty:
Made in the United States, all electronic circuit are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.
