Concrete Blast Walls

Reinforced concrete blast walls engineered for superior protection against explosions. Our high-strength, precast solutions secure personnel, critical infrastructure, military bases, industrial, & government facilities with our durable concrete blast walls. Designed to withstand high-impact events & meet stringent safety standards, all barriers are made in the United States and manufactured off-site under strict ASTM controlled conditions.

Made with High-pressure reinforced concrete, our blast walls (up to 20,000psi) with interlocking tongue and groove ends for strong, reliable security wall. Custom concrete mix, steel mesh, heights and lengths are available at request. Call or email for quote, we can ship this product to all 50 state.

Common Types & Applications:

T-Walls/Bremer Walls: Large, steel-reinforced concrete barriers commonly seen in military contexts for force protection.
Modular Blocks (Legato/Vee Blocks): Interlocking units for rapid assembly of walls, barriers, and containment.
Shooting Range Walls: Used to contain bullets (ballistic protection) and reduce noise/ricochet risk.
Industrial Applications: Protecting transformers, fuel tanks, or processing facilities from explosions and fires.

How They Work & Key Features:

  • Energy Absorption: High-strength concrete and reinforcement manage the shockwave and debris from an explosion, protecting the area behind the wall.
  • Modular Design: Often made of interlocking precast sections (like T-walls, L-walls), allowing for rapid, flexible construction and reconfiguration.
  • Reinforcement: Use reinforced concrete, sometimes with specialized aggregates, to achieve high pressure resistance (e.g., up to 20,000 psi).
  • Fire Resistance: Offer significant fire protection, crucial in scenarios involving fuel or explosives.
  • Versatility: Can be temporary (deployable) or permanent, used in military bases, airports, construction sites, and for protecting sensitive equipment.
